At the March 12, 2026, meeting the Town Board created Ordinance 10.18.

The purpose of Ordinance 10.18 is to establish all-terrain vehicle (ATV) and utility-terrain vehicle (UTV) routes and to regulate the operation of ATVs and UTVs on such routes within the Town of Burlington.

The ordinance will take effect on May 15, 2026.
