Services:
Collect first installment for property taxes. After January 31st. All tax payments should go to the Racine County Treasurer. You can mail them to 730 Wisconsin Avenue, Racine, WI 53403-1274. Payments can also be dropped off at the City of Burlington also at 300 N Pine Street. Checks should be made payable to Racine County Treasurer. Payments can also be made online at Racine County's website.

Dog licenses are current for the year between January 1 and December 31, licenses are required to be renewed each year before April 1. Fees are $10 for a dog that is neutered or spayed and $15 if it is not. There is a $10 late fee if renewed after April 1. Proof of rabies vaccination is required at the time of licensing.

 

Multiple Dog license application - Dog (kennel) licensing if more than 3 dogs - $50.00 fee for up to 12 dogs then add $3.00 per dog over 12

AB-220 Temporary Alcohol License application

AB-100 Alcohol Individual Questionnaire - this is required for all officers/members of the company applying for the license

AB-101 Alcohol Appointment of Agent - this is for appointments of an agent

AB-200 Alcohol License application - this is for new and renewals of liquor licenses

CTV-100 Application  - This is the application for new and renewals of licenses

CTV 101 Individual Questionnaire- this is required for all officers/member of the company

CTV 102 Appointment of Agent - this is for the appointment of an agent

Public Records Request

Special Assessment Letter - $35.00 fee for each assessment. All Sanitary District billing questions should be directed to MPC Property Management at 262-661-4284.
