Ordinance 10.18 All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) and Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) was enacted in March 2026, which are allowed on all Town highways under the jurisdiction of the Town of Burlington, except those highways or portions thereof expressly prohibited or restricted by the Town Board and posted accordingly.
